By accessing and using the server architecture and data storage services provided by Memollion, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
These terms constitute a legal agreement between you (the "Customer") and Memollion. We recommend reviewing them periodically, as they may be updated.
Memollion specializes in the design, implementation, and maintenance of high-end data storage systems, flash technologies, and critical information recovery protocols for IT infrastructures.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service, with prior notice.
The Customer agrees to: provide truthful information for service configuration; use the infrastructure solely for legal purposes; and maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials.
The Customer has the right to: receive the service as agreed; request technical support; and terminate the service according to established procedures.
Memollion shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the service in the last six months. This limitation is fundamental to the agreement.
All intellectual property rights to the technology, software, and methodologies used by Memollion are and shall remain our property. The Customer retains all rights to their stored data.
Memollion will act as a data processor in accordance with applicable legislation. The details of the processing are specified in our Privacy Notice.
Either party may terminate this agreement for a material breach by the other party, with prior written notice and a 30-day period to remedy such breach.
Memollion reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use. Changes will be notified with at least 30 days' advance notice through our website or email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
